Mandare Labs is a software and design practice based in Germany. We take on the work larger teams postpone: the internal tool nobody owns, the data path that keeps breaking, the interface that has to survive daily use.
Three kinds of work.
Small engagements, done properly, are more useful than large ones done at a distance. We take on few projects at a time.

Structure before styling: what the screen is for, what belongs on it, what can go. Delivered as working front-end code, not a slide deck.

Fast, accessible, boring in the right places. We build with the smallest stack that will still be maintainable in three years.

The scripts, dashboards and pipelines that quietly run an operation — written to be read by whoever inherits them.

Privacy
This is a static website with no cookies, no analytics, no tracking services and no pixels. It loads nothing from third-party servers — fonts, stylesheets and every other file are served from this domain. There is no profiling, and no data is passed to advertising networks.
Server logs
When you open the page, our hosting provider (Vercel Inc., USA) processes the connection data technically required to deliver it — IP address, timestamp, file requested, bytes transferred — and to keep the service secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service). This data is not combined with anything else.
Getting in touch
There is deliberately no contact form here — you reach us by email or phone. If you write to us, we process what you send solely to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. An email to hello@mandare-labs.com is enough.
